This award celebrates the life, strength, and spirit of Hailey Crosswhite, whose joy, courage, and compassion touched everyone she met. Hailey wasn’t just an incredible recruiter- she was the heart of ConVerdia. Her warmth, humor, and ability to light up any room continue to inspire all of us today.
About the Legacy of Light Award
The Legacy of Light Award honors a team member who embodies the same qualities that made Hailey so special. This recognition is about more than achievement- it’s about heart, kindness, and positivity that lifts others up.
Each year in October, one employee will be recognized for carrying forward Hailey’s legacy of love, light, and resilience.
