Introducing Our New Therapies Division in Omaha, NE!

Converdia Health Staffing is excited to announce the grand opening of our new Therapies division in Omaha, Nebraska! This expansion marks a significant milestone in our journey, allowing us to reach more people and better serve the Omaha community with enhanced staffing solutions. Brian Rahman, President & Owner of Converdia Health Staffing, explains, “needs have fluctuated over the last six years of owning Converdia Health Staffing. I saw the need for a Therapies division for clients in Omaha.”

Meet the Omaha Converdia Crew:

Our grand opening celebration will take place on October 18th, 2024, but before we officially celebrate, we’d like to introduce you to our Omaha Converdia Crew!

Dustin Soash | Director of Therapy

Dustin has been instrumental in establishing our new Therapies division in Omaha. “Dustin played a huge part in a therapies division in Omaha,” says Brian Rahman, President & Owner of Converdia. “He is one of the top recruiters in the country and is an experienced therapies recruiter. Once I met him and his family, I knew he would fit perfectly into our family business, aligning with Converdia’s values and beliefs.”

 

Dustin’s career in medical staffing began in March 2010, where he quickly developed a passion for connecting with people and helping them find the right job opportunities. “I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people, getting to know them, and helping them land a job where they wanted to go,” Dustin shares. “In January 2024, I joined Converdia as Director of Therapy, and I couldn’t be happier. I like the small company feel and the family dynamic here. I’m excited to be part of this journey with such great people.”

Scott | Therapy Recruiter/Account Manager

Every morning when Scott walks in, he says, “It’s another great day here at Converdia,” and he’s right! His extensive experience in healthcare staffing has been invaluable to the growth of our new Therapies division. Scott brings energy and enthusiasm to this exciting side of healthcare recruitment, eager to dive into new challenges. His adventurous spirit shows both in his work and personal life—after all, who else gets scuba-certified while on a catamaran sailing trip in Belize?

Brandon | Therapy Recruiter/Account Manager

Brandon carries a strong background in therapy recruiting and client management. He excels in building meaningful relationships with both travelers and clients. Outside of work, he’s passionate about his Camaro and is a die-hard Kansas City Royals fan. Every year, he and his wife, Kelsey, make the trip to Kansas City to catch a game. In his free time, you’ll often find him enjoying sports, watching movies, or spending quality time with their dog, Charlie.

Krystel | Therapy Recruiter/Account Manager

Krystel brings energy and positivity to every interaction. Her goal? To find the perfect job for every traveler while making the process fun along the way. She brings the fun & is not afraid to be goofy to make others laugh & give memorable experiences. This is true whether she’s spending time with family, getting together with friends to watch Nebraska football or sitting around a campfire.

Missy | Compliance Specialist

Missy’s extensive knowledge of healthcare staffing and compliance has been a wonderful addition to the Converdia Crew. She is constantly rooting everyone on and helping with projects, and her upbeat personality and contagious laugh make her a joy to work with. It’s no secret she’s our resident Swiftie, if you visit the Omaha office and spot a Taylor Swift cardboard cutout, you’ll know exactly who put it there!
